The following section discusses the features that audio miniport drivers can implement to better support the audio capabilities that the DirectSound API exposes to application programs. These capabilities include hardware acceleration of 2D and 3D sound effects, support for a variety of speaker configurations, and capture effects such as. – All digi action is in audio pass band 300 and 2800 Hz. Configure Computer + external sound card. Sound card connects to, and RF isolates, radio and computer. IMPORTANT: Set your transmitter power level to no more than 90–95% of maximum PEP! The Digidesign Core Audio Driver is used on Mac OS X. Also, in a joint collaboration with Propellerhead Software, Digidesign has added Rewire 2 support with all Pro Tools 6.1 and higher systems for Mac OS X and Windows XP. Q: With the ASIO Driver, will it be possible to use non-Digidesign hardware (such as MOTU or RME cards) with Pro Tools.

For the digital audio cards of the DIGI and Hammerfall Series are different drivers for Linux and similar OS available. Please note, RME will not deliver phone or email support for 3rd party drivers.

To update DIGI32 drivers with those downloaded from this page, we recommend the following instructions:
1. Uninstall all DIGI32 drivers. Highlight the card in the Device Manager and choose 'Remove.'
2. Delete all old RME installation scripts. Windows 95/98 puts a copy of our audio32.inf into the directory Windows/Inf/Other. There you will find several or at least one RMEaudioxxx.inf files, that have to be deleted. Else Windows 95/98 will ignore the new script in the driver update package and automatically use the old one.
3. Click on 'Refresh'. Windows finds the DIGIs but will not install them. Point to the directory where this driver update package resides to finish the installation.
The Driver package 15 includes the latest MME and ASIO drivers for Windows 95/98. There will be no ASIO 2.0 drivers, because the hardware of the DIGI32 series does not support track-dependent monitoring.
